Objective of the Federation of Indian Small Scale Battery Association (FISSBA)
The FISSBA promotes research and development of batteries and battery applied products, environmental preservation, recycling, quality and performance improvement, and product safety.
The FISSBA intends to promote the sound development of the battery and battery-operated products industries as well as other related industries, thus assisting the progress of industry in general while ensuring safety in and contributing to the improvement in the quality of people's lives.
Operations
The FISSBA engages in the following activities to achieve its objective:
- 1. Research on batteries and battery applied products
- 2. Promotion of activities in environmental preservation, recycling, quality and performance, and product safety relating to battery and battery applied products
- 3. Development of applications and educational activities for batteries and battery applied products
- 4. Human resource development relating to batteries and battery applied products
- 5. Association and cooperation with external organizations involved with batteries and battery applied products
- 6. A range of additional activitess required to achieve the Association's objective other than those stated above.

Kanpur Association Organized FEDERATION MEETING in Gracious Manner
On 29th June, All India Battery Federation hold their Executive members meeting in Kanpur at Hotel landmark. Meeting is followed by AGM of Kanpur Battery Trade Association and Evening entertainment program.
Federation President, Dr. V K Aggarwal thanks to KANPUR ASSOCIATION and IT'S STALWARTS, SHRI MANGE LALJI, ANOOP JI AND SHRI SHANTI BHAI, for the excellent organized Conference and Federation Meeting.
Much has being debated in the Conference and it came out clear that the situation of our businesses is far from normal. Solutions are not so easy. , but the Conference has set a platform to start engaging in the matter. FEDERATION is going to play a very significant role in the all the areas of CONCERN, I. E, - technology, representation to the GOVT., skill development and training, liaison with MSME, market development, liaison with other associations, dispute resolution, etc.
Above all today our federation is well established and well represented, and fully united. . Once again i thank all of you for participating in this Conference making it pleasurable, rewarding and unforgettable.
FEDERATION EXECUTIVE BODY MEETING IN KANPUR
ON 29th JULY 2017
Executive Body of FISSBA will meet at Kanpur. Kanpur Battery Industry Association will organise the meeting. The main aim of the meeting is the GST and its effect on MSME Battery Industry. Executive Body will also discuss the action on last meeting decisions held in Bengaluru on 7th Jan in Hotel ITC Fortune, Whitefield during 12th Power ON.
MSME Battery Industry Delegation to CHINA to gain technology
Federation is organising a tour to China from 15th August to 19th August. The Aim of this tour is to gain the latest technological upgradations in the field of Battery manufacturing. Lithium Ion is also the Interest field of Batterymen now-a -days. The delegation will visit a battery exhibition on Batteries and a conference on Lead Acid battery industry in Guangzhou,China. Delegates will visit battery factory too.
